Smoothie Cup



Ingredients

1 banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup of plant milk (I used soy)
1 tbsp water

Toppings

Dried fruit
Sliced banana
Frozen blueberries
Pumpkin seeds
Chia seeds


Method

1. Place ingredients in a blender and blend.
2. Put in a cup and top with toppings.

Makes 1 serving
